They trenched in our backyard and broke our sprinkler system in at least 2 places. I don't even use them... Edit: I emailed Maggie, I called, no response.... Edit 2: Was finally able to get in contact with someone. Conserva Irrigation Katy & West Houston is contracted to fix what they break. You still need to try to report it to get someone to fix it. Supposedly it's built into their cost structure. Annoying as someone who isn't even a customer.

Kinetic installation process was awful and inefficient. The phone and door-to-door soliciting has been ridiculous. If they wanted fiber business in the area, they should have been the first to arrive, rather than following 6 months after competition when they had already cornered the dial up market in the area for over a decade.

Having my ezee fiber internet cut out because kinetic is reckless with their digging/maintenance work, how lovely. As if I don't already get enough spam mail and advertising from this company, they also are damaging existing infrastructure.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Kinetic Internet, and I haven’t even had my service installed yet. I initially called to set up service and paid a $67 deposit. After taking my payment, the representative informed me there was an issue and promised to call me back the next day to schedule my installation. That call never came. When I called back, I discovered my account had been canceled without any notification. I was told my deposit would be refunded within 24–48 hours, but that timeline kept changing every time I called. First it was 24–48 hours, then 7 days, then 21 days. I was even told that if the refund didn’t process, they would send me a gift card instead of returning the money to my original payment method. That is completely unacceptable. Since I work from home, I had no choice but to create a second account and schedule a new installation. I requested a simple letter documenting the account mix-up and installation delay. The letter I received was full of spelling errors, including my own last name being misspelled. It looked highly unprofessional. Customer service has been one of the worst parts of this experience. Internet is decent. Good luck trying to cancel your account though. We moved from one apartment to a larger one. They made me set up a brand new account then told me that my old account would be deleted. Come to find out 4 months later that they had been double charging me on both accounts. Finally got ahold of customer service and they supposedly "cancelled" it and gave me my money back. Then, after a few more months I got some mail from a collection agency that supposedly bought debt off them for the same account that had already been cancelled twice. Now, I am trying to cancel my service cause we bought a house and have gone with someone else with live people for their customer service and yet the only way you can cancel with Kinetic is on the phone. No problem. Called the number and asked for a call back, finally got one back then they just sat on the phone until I hung up because they weren't talking. Tried online support and they refuse to help because supposedly you have to talk to an agent about canceling so they can try to convince you to stay. So now I have to sit and listen to the holding music. Stay far far far away if you value your time cause these people could care
